Adaptive Pathfinder
I manage the end-to-end delivery of both Prototype and Flutter Flow development projects, applying Agile and Scrum principles to ensure smooth collaboration between clients, designers, and cross-functional development teams from project initiation to production. My role is focused on aligning deliverables with client objectives, fostering transparency through continuous communication, and driving projects to completion on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
In addition to project management, I support the Sales team with business analysis activities, including eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements with clients and internal development teams. This enables the preparation of accurate effort and cost estimations, helping clients make informed decisions regarding project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
I love exploring, experiencing new environments, and being close to nature. It reflects my curiosity, adaptability, and appreciation for the small joys in life!
