A voice-first internal knowledge agent for MegChem: RAG over company documents, with live voice for leave balances, incident summaries, room and vehicle booking, and email drafts.
i-Dent-Ify
A patented AI-powered car scanning app, built with Tcheck on a model trained on 100+ cars, that detects dents and scratches and generates a digital damage report.
Zuzi (ChatGBV)
A generative AI chatbot fine-tuned on a large language model to give survivors of gender-based violence plain-English legal information. AICONICS and Responsible AI award winner.
Meet ChatStack, our own multi-agent AI platform
Unlike the client-delivered work below, ChatStack isn’t a project we built for someone else, it’s our own in-house product, built to fix our own sales bottleneck, that we now also offer to other teams.
An interview-driven, four-agent workflow turns a single 10-to-20 minute conversation into a structured PRD and a fixed-price estimate, output built for Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, and other MCP-aware IDEs. It even exposes an API so autonomous AI agents can submit requirements directly.
Meet Weaver, our own engineering intelligence platform
We run projects across six tools (Cursor, Jira, GitHub, Google Workspace, Figma, and Slack), each holding one slice of the truth about delivery. We built Weaver to unify them into one nightly-synced dashboard, for ourselves first.
It combines AI-assisted coding, ticket delivery, commit activity, meetings, and design output into one explainable productivity score per person, flags delivery risk automatically, and now sends every team member a private weekly Slack digest of their own KPIs and risk flags.

What kind of AI solutions do you build for clients?

Can you build a custom ChatGPT-style bot for our business?
Yes. We've fine-tuned large language models with custom datasets for clients including a legal-information bot for survivors of gender-based violence. We handle the model selection, training data, guardrails, and frontend, including WhatsApp integration.
How do you handle data privacy and responsible AI?
Responsible AI (transparency, fairness, privacy, and bias mitigation) is part of the design process, not an afterthought. We co-create guardrails with clients and are explicit about what a model can and can't reliably do.
How is this different from your AI Consulting service?

Have you actually shipped AI products, or is this new?
We've shipped and won awards for AI work since 2023: the AICONICS Award and a Responsible AI Award for ChatGBV, a Mozilla Ethical AI Challenge prize, and the GRIT/Zuzi AI award. We also built ChatStack, our own multi-agent AI platform, and use it every day.
Do you use AI for your own operations, or only to build client products?
Both. ChatStack fixed our own sales bottleneck. Weaver, our internal engineering intelligence platform, unifies Cursor, Jira, GitHub, Figma, Slack, and Google Workspace into one dashboard so we can see our own delivery health without manual status reporting, and we now offer it to other engineering teams too.
