As a PM I take the lead in organizing, carrying out, overseeing, controlling, and wrapping up projects. Whilst ensuring that everyone is informed and pleased while completing a project on schedule, within their allocated budget, and according to the project brief.
The bear is emblematic of nobility, courage and strength. Symbolizing Resistance to adversity; taking initiative and showing leadership. Also, they are really adorable, playful, and curious! Not forgetting that they get to hibernate when it’s cold.
