ChatStack is our own multi-agent AI platform, built to fix a bottleneck in our own business: turning a client conversation into a structured, priced brief used to take weeks. Now it takes one 10-to-20-minute session.

An interview-driven, four-agent workflow turns the answers into a high-fidelity, structured Product Requirements Document: user stories, requirements, technical specification, and a story-point-based cost estimate, in formats built for tools like Cursor and Claude Code. We use it as our own "Get a Quote" tool, and we've cut our own sales lead-to-conversion time from two months to three weeks.
