Project Description
In 2021 Rob Bentele (winner of Survivor SA) and his impressive team asked us to build an app to make a real difference in the fight against gender-based violence in South Africa. Early in 2022 the Eyerus App was launched, creating a media sensation with the backing of government, celebrities and the Zulu King.
The app allows users to shake their phone to activate an alert, live stream to their emergency contacts in an emergency and get armed response on demand from anetwork of thousands of security providers.
The app has been launched nationally with a high profile marketing campaign and has had thousands of downloads.
